Are you longing for a safe space for authentic connection, expression, and exploration through movement, touch & relating? Do you desire more depth, intimacy & heart-centered connections?
Then we like to invite you on a journey to the PLANET OF LOVE.
Love is a feeling and a state of being. Love has many different shapes and expressions: Tender, fierce, wild, soft, still, and loud. What is your unique expression? And how can other human beings be a mirror for what’s already inside of you?
The much deeper sense is to see a person in his essence, to explore the connection like a researcher of a planet, finding the wonders and nurturing fruits, breathing the air and swimming into unexpected areas. We love to embody this journey and be open for a new kind of experiencing connections.

HOW
PLANET OF LOVE is a day in three sections:
11-13: Awakening the wild and soft animal of your body
– Somatic Meditation: rooting and finding safety within
– Embodied Movement
– Tantric Breathwork
14-16:30 Heart Expansion
– Exploring, owning & expressing your needs, desires & boundaries
– Authentic relating beyond words (through movement, touch and heart-centered relating)
– Awakening Eros
17-20 Orgasmic Body
– Ecstatic Cacao
– Dancing
– Cuddle
– Rope
This workshop is open to all human beings. If you join as a couple, this means you are open to also work with different partners. Nudity and expressing yourself through sexuality is allowed. Bring 2 towels.
JANA
Jana is a Somatic Bodyworker & Coach, Embodiment Facilitator, Tantra Massage Therapist & Yoga teacher, but most importantly a human being, who is hungry for deep authentic connections and vulnerability. She loves to open safe spaces (Groups or 1:1 Settings) to experience yourself as a living body through movement, touch and relating. All her work is about exploring the human body as a portal of safety & depth, which goes far beyond the physical.

Liebe ist ein Gefühl und ein Zustand, Liebe hat viele unterschiedliche Formen und Ausdrucksweisen: Zärtlichkeit, Wildheit, Weichheit, Stille oder Begehren. Was ist die Ausdrucksform deiner Liebe? Wie können andere Menschen ein Spiegel für das werden, was in dir ist?
Liebe ist ihrem tiefen Sinn der Blick auf eine Person in ihrem Wesen. PLANET OF LOVE ist ein Raum für Forscher: Entdecke die Wunder, die nährenden Früchte, die erfrischende Luft, das Rauschen in deinen Ohren und das Tauchen in unbekannten Meeren. Eine Reise mit unseren Körpern zu neuen Welten, in denen wir Verbindungen entdecken können.

ABLAUF
Deine Reise zum PLANET OF LOVE besteht aus drei Teilen:
11-13: Wecke das zartwilde Tier in deinem Körper
– Somatic Meditation: Verwurzeln und Sicherheit finden
– Embodied Movement
– Tantrisches Atmen
14-16:30 Heart Expansion
– Bedürfnisse, Begehren und Grenzen erforschen und ausdrücken
– Authentische Verbindung ohne Worte (durch Bewegung, Berührung und Herzverbindung)
– Die Erweckung des Eros
17-20 Orgasmic Body
– Ecstatic Cacao
– Tanzen
– Kuscheln
– Seile etc
Der Workshop ist offen für alle- Wenn du/ihr als Paar teilnehmt, gehen wir davon aus, das ihr offen dafür seid, mit anderen Partnern zu arbeiten. Nacktheit und der Ausdruck sexueller Bedürfnisse ist erlaubt und gewünscht. Bitte 2 große Handtücher mitbringen.
JANA
Jana ist Bodyworker & Coach, Embodiment Facilitator, Tantra Massage Therapeuten & Yogalehrerein. Vor allem ist sie aber ein Mensch, der tiefe und authentische Beziehungen in ihrer ganzen Verletzlichkeit in ihrem Leben haben möchte. Sie öffnet sichere Räume (Gruppen oder 1:1 Settings), in denen du dich als lebendiger Körper in Bewegung, Berührung und Verbindung erfahren kannst. Ihre ganze Arbeit erforscht den menschlichen Körper als Zugang zu Sicherheit und Intensität, die über das Physische hinausgeht. Jana lebt und arbeitet im Moment in Portugal.
